Sea Spray is a double Delicious Awards winner. A fine delicate fern like plant with a salt and slightly peppery flavour. It is an all year round plant and is used by many chefs as an alternative to Samphire when it is out of season in winter. As a stand alone it is perfect in many ways, one is that it does not have a woody stem so you can eat the whole spray. Shelf life is around 3 weeks. It can be eaten fresh and is great in pasta and salads. Put Sea Spray into pesto for a ocean hint. Use your imagnation.
